There’s an unofficial competition underway where managers everywhere are competing for the prize of “Most Overwhelmed Manager”. Anyone (manager that is) can compete; young or old, regardless of industry, rookie or veteran, at any level, business owner or employee, small company to multi-national.
And among those passionately competing for the (not so coveted) prize of “Most Overwhelmed Manager” are pharmacist owners and managers. Those people committed to your health and wellbeing.
I just wrote an article for Pharmacy U, the authority in providing inspiring business learning for the pharmacy industry. The article titled “Do your homework” is designed to equip pharmacy managers and owners with one of many practical approaches to becoming a better leader, and as a result do less, accomplish more and make a difference.
Well these practical approaches are just as valuable for any manager I listed in the opening paragraph of this post; and that probably includes you. So drop into the Pharmacy U page to read the article, apply the homework, and see for yourself.
And if you want to stop competing in the “Most Overwhelmed Manager” competition, drop me a line. Thank you for reading these.
